I'm a Senior User Experience Designer with 13 years of experience specializing in fintech, banking, and investment platforms.

Throughout my career, I’ve led the design of complex, high-impact digital products—from customer-facing banking apps to internal investment management tools—focusing on usability, compliance, and trust. I bring a deep understanding of financial workflows, regulatory requirements, and user behavior, allowing me to create intuitive, secure, and scalable solutions that serve both end-users and business goals. My strength lies in turning complexity into clarity through thoughtful UX strategy, data-informed design decisions, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Expertise in end to end design process which involves initial user research & interview, persona creation, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, site mapping, card sorting, information architecture, process flow, wire-framing, user interface design & interactive prototype.

My understanding of human psychology and design principles allow me to deeply empathize with my users to understand and solve their problems.

As a senior lead product designer enable and manage my team using proven agile frameworks including stand-ups, planning meetings, scrum meetings, brainstorming sessions, retros, sprints, etc.
